RITZ CARLTON CLUB AND RESIDENCES SOUTH BEACH
Miami is set to make the hospitality record books with four Ritz Carlton establishments.
In addition to the actual three Ritz Carlton, in South Beach at 1 Lincoln Road, in Coconut Grove at 3300 SW 27th Avenue, and in Key Biscayne at 455 Grand Bay Drive, Miami Beach will have the Fourth Ritz Carlton Club and Residences South Beach.
This ultra luxury condo-hotel will be carved in lieu and place of the actual Seville Hotel, at 2901 Collins Avenue, just North of the Collins Park Neighborhood. In addition to the existing Seville Hotel, two new residential towers will be erected on adjoining properties.
The name is the same, but the new Ritz Carlton Club and Residences South Beach will differ completely from the Ritz Carlton South Beach at One Lincoln Road, a traditional upscale hotel. The Ritz Carlton Club and Residences South Beach will feature 44 fractional ownership club residences, and 94 whole ownership residences, which means only owners will be staying in the property.
Residence real estate reservations for the Ritz Carlton Club and Residences South Beach are scheduled for release in early 2006. The fractional ownership reservations at the Ritz Carlton Club and Residences South Beach will follow in mid 2006.
The prices of these ultra luxury residences at the Ritz Carlton Club and Residences South Beach, in a prime location in South Beach, will start at Three Millions US Dollars. A bargain for this type of ultra luxury oceanfront residences.
The Ritz Carlton Club and Residences South Beach is developed by three real estate power names, in a joint venture between Miami based Lionstone Development, which developed the Ritz Carlton South Beach and is involved in the new Epic pre-construction project in Downtown Miami, Fortune International, one of South Florida leading real estate brokerage company, and The Ritz Carlton Hotel Company, LLC, of Chevy Chase, MD, USA, which currently operates 59 hotels in the Americas, Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Africa.
The plans are not released yet, but you can expect an infinity pool, a full service spa, private cabanas with direct ocean access, and full services amenities 24/7.
